This website is operated by Mitchell Conquer, Mortgage Agent Level 1 (FSRA #M22002911), who brokers mortgages through The Mortgage Centre - YourMortgageYourWay.ca (FSRA #12462). By using it, you agree to these terms.

2. Information only

Content, calculators and examples on this site are general information. They aren't financial, legal or tax advice, and they aren't a quote, an offer or a commitment to lend. Mortgage rates, products and rules change often. Speak with us about your situation before making decisions.

3. No guarantee of approval

All mortgages are subject to lender approval, credit qualification, property appraisal, mortgage default insurance where required and other lender conditions outside our control.

4. Fees

In most cases we're compensated by the lender. Where a fee applies, it will be disclosed in writing before you commit and requires your consent. See our disclosures.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to give accurate, complete and truthful information and documents, and to tell us promptly about changes to your situation. Providing false information to a lender is a serious matter and may be an offence.

6. Third-party content and links

The news feed and some links point to third-party websites. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site, from lender decisions or from market changes.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
