Mitchell Conquer is a licensed Ontario mortgage agent, real estate investor and founder who builds systems that make the mortgage process faster and clearer for the people in it.
It started with a uniform.
At 20, Mitch became a second-generation correctional officer, following his dad Billy, who spent 20 years in corrections before moving into real estate. The job taught him how to stay calm in stressful moments, read people quickly and keep his word. All three turn out to matter a lot when someone is trying to buy a home.
When Billy retired from corrections, father and son went into business together: Billy on the real estate side, Mitch on the mortgage side. Clients get one family helping from the property search through to the mortgage approval.
Then came the systems.
Mitch built a real estate and mortgage marketing agency that managed over $1,000,000 in paid advertising for realtors and brokers. Watching thousands of buyers move through that funnel showed him where the mortgage process lost people: slow replies, unclear next steps and paperwork nobody explained.
So he got licensed and built his own practice with modern systems underneath it. He also founded LendMate, a company that helps mortgage professionals work with trained virtual assistants and AI tools. The tech handles the busywork so the conversations get more time.
